But the people sitting around the table are reduced to skeletons. Each has a ladle attached to the arm, he dives into the container to collect food and then, however, fails to bring it to the mouth because the handle of the spoon is longer than the arm. Today is one of those great days to stay at home, wrapped in a blanket, reading a book, browse photos from this summer to find a bit 'of warmth and joy, without thinking imminent return to school, sipping tea and maybe soak them in some cookies. The blanket, books, pictures and tea there. ... but cookies??
Well with this chilly you can also turn on the oven ... there is a lot 'of fine flour of corn survived the summer, why not use it to make pastes of corn? I've eaten a lot this month, all purchased in the various markets in the mountains, but the curiosity to taste a little 'made by me and many more. So I start work in about an hour and are ready to be dipped in tea!
The taste is delicious, different from those bought, and it is difficult to resist the temptation to eat them all!
The recipe is similar to that of the pastry except for the use of corn flour.
Ingredients: 300g flour
fine corn flour 200g sugar 200g 00
250 g of butter 2 eggs
vanilla and zest of one lemon
Mix all ingredients together as for the pastry and form a ball, which will leave in the fridge for half an hour. Then roll the dough and cut into triangles rigandoli then with a fork, bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

This is the last time I turn on the oven to make a cake here in town: Now I will concentrate only to frozen desserts and the cheese-cake. This will mean that I will have to give some time to my beloved pastry ... but the sacrifice is necessary if you do not want the kitchen to use as a sauna!
The recipe is simple and very tasty.
serves only the pastry, a tablespoon of cranberry and 2 apples for garnish!
After leaving the dough in the refrigerator a half hour, following the recipe of your choice. Line a pan with the dough and sprinkle with marmalade. Garnish with sliced \u200b\u200bapples and sprinkle the cake with a little 'sugar.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Glli zooglogi the Museum of Natural History in collaboration with Florence Florence Unicoop have made a haven for bats, insects extraordinary hunters who often struggle to find accommodation in our cities. The house is called Bat Box and is on sale for several months, with the proposal to install it (But the site also found a guide to build it yourself) and contribute to a monitoring project on these animals and contribute to the study of the museum on their difficult life in the city. In return you will have a true hunter of insects directly home!
The deepening of the episode is dedicated to the Association virtuous community, founded in 2005 by the will of the directors of four small towns scattered throughout the peninsula, convidar tools to make better choices and their territory, life of its inhabitants and their administrative practices. Scholarship For People With A Lazy Eye
Welcome back,
comes the summer (it seems) and we are looking of outdoor spaces to play, chat and watch a show.
The bet now is a small monograph on the many ways in which the virtuous parking spaces for cars have been redesigned for the consumption of people. A recent trend but unstoppable moving between Europe and North America.

Under the Sea journalism is a project launched by a couple of years by David Boardman (researcher in charge of design at MIT Boston) and Paul Gerbaudo (freelance journalist who also works with Il Manifesto).
The site is used to display on a map of the Mediterranean to google maps, the points where ships sank or disappeared with suspicious or overtly toxic loads in the last 30 years. In order to develop the two were based on several sources: the Register of Lloyd London, news and databases.

Imitation 9oo
Cake century for me is something unique, maybe my absolute favorite dessert: a soft sponge that contains a fabulous chocolate cream. The real cake and pastry Balla Ivrea, but you can find a bit of imitation 'everywhere, you know, however, that the original recipe is secret and no one can reach its result ....=)
Since I served as a dessert to take to dinner with friends, I took the opportunity to prepare my own version, which is close enough to that of Balla's still missing something .... but what will never be the secret ingredient??
I report my own version. For the PDS
6 eggs 190 g sugar 140 g starch
60 g cocoa 1 tablespoon baking
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the yolks with half the sugar until it turns white and then the egg whites with the remaining half of sugar. Add the two compounds and continue beating until the eggs "do not write", then add the starch, baking powder and cocoa incorporating them with movement from top to bottom otherwise the eggs lose their air. Bake at 180 degrees for 35/40 minutes (depending on oven).
For the cream of 400 ml whipping cream 500g mascarpone
200g icing sugar 75 g cocoa
Half whip the cream, add the mascarpone and continue to mount. Add the icing sugar and cocoa.
Halve the cake cool and fill with cream, sprinkle the surface with icing sugar and .... enjoy !!!!!!!!!
The cake is very light as opposed to what one might think ... it will be hard to stop eating it!

First day of vacation. Abandonment for a while 'books and I get back in the kitchen for breakfast.
For me, breakfast is important, if not eaten in the morning I can not wake up.
I prepared something special to "celebrate" this morning of relaxation, a flat in Paris: French toast with berries ... a real pleasure!
The recipe is salt and pepper this month, but I halved the dose. 4 slices of brioche
Pan
or 1 egg, 5 cups milk 1 tablespoon sugar
