Scholarship For People With A Lazy Eye
Welcome back,
comes the summer (it seems) and we are looking of outdoor spaces to play, chat and watch a show.
The bet now is a small monograph on the many ways in which the virtuous parking spaces for cars have been redesigned for the consumption of people. A recent trend but unstoppable moving between Europe and North America.
The park art Mattia Paco Rizzi is a project of urban guerrillas for creative re-appropriation of public space. Through artistic action may offer an exhibition space in a circumscribed part of the city, a public car park , not used in order to stop a car but to expose work: through the toll is actually signing a contract that provides for the temporary occupation of a given piece of land, formerly used as a car, but for which the rule does not explicitly state what should be 'the object "to park. The operation then legalize the temporary occupation of an area car and I used the Park Art in the creative space. The idea can be replicated countless times for non-commercial purposes permission and following the few rules that are on the webspace.
(I remember 2x5 promsoso of the competition at the Outdoor Living Out? Also Parking for cars there were to be rethought.)
The idea was already coming to the collective Rebar in San Francisco , which since 2005 is promoting a day of re-appropriation of car parks, again with the ability to pay for parking and make what you want, from micro to park outside area for the hairdresser! The name of the initiative is Parking Day and has spread around the world on the occasion of the annual late summer, after the publication last year that involved more than a hundred cities and as many associations and groups of people this year to mark the date is September 17.
