In recent weeks the time to devote to the kitchen is very little choice for daily survival, I am a bit 'sorry because I do not know if I can prepare cookies this year by all'abero hang Christmas = (, but I hope to gain some free day to devote to decorations with the end of school!
Now I leave you with a recipe that I made a few weeks ago for a dinner among friends: a second classic but effective. The recipe I found on Salt and Pepper.
Ingredients:
1.2 kg of pork loin
2 shallots
untreated orange 2 tablespoons mustard
4 juniper berries 2 sprigs of myrtle (I've replaced them with a little 'myrtle liqueur because I could not find them)
A dl of white wine
extra virgin olive oil salt, pepper
1) Chop the shallots and incorporate mustard, add the orange juice and a pinch of zest, berries juniper pounded, ground pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and wine.
Pour the marinade on the bandwagon and let it rest for an hour, stirring occasionally.
2) drained a little the meat from the marinade and trsferitela in a pan, add the myrtle, salt and cook in oven at 180 degrees for one hour., Covering with foil halfway through cooking and basting to from time to time with a little 'marinade. Serve the loaf with some pleasure in accompanying spicchietto orange browned.
