Salmon in pastry Pear and Chocolate Cake


Some time ago i bought all my ' Auchan a beautiful salmon from more than one kilo, for their anniversary so I decided it was the right time to prepared with a recipe found on the blog of keep refrigerated.
My version is slightly different, I expected was not so good, liked all the guests and I believe will become a "home plate".

Ingredients 1 whole salmon from a clean
kg 300 g 120 g
shrimp pate of salmon pink

2 eggs 2 rolls of pastry ready
1 stalk celery
100 g of fresh cream 30 g butter

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds salt and pepper

procedure

Strip salmon and open book.
Then peel the shrimp and pass them to the mixer with the pate of salmon pink and celery. Mix the shrimp mix
and crab with the soft butter, whipped cream, salt and pepper to taste. Stuff
then cut the salmon with the mixture and line the whole with the pastry sealing the edges well.
Brush everything with the beaten eggs, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve warm, cut into slices.
