constituent! is 5 ยบ Festival organized by the Theatre railing on the Constitution. Part of that today in Milan (and ends on Sunday) at the hands of the journalist and writer Curzio Maltese Valerio Onida and president emeritus of the Constitutional Court. We spoke with an organizer, Ariane Scommegna that drives and manages, along with other theater railing.
