First day of vacation. Abandonment for a while 'books and I get back in the kitchen for breakfast.
For me, breakfast is important, if not eaten in the morning I can not wake up.
I prepared something special to "celebrate" this morning of relaxation, a flat in Paris: French toast with berries ... a real pleasure!
The recipe is salt and pepper this month, but I halved the dose. 4 slices of brioche

20 g of butter 200g of berries strawberries + orchard
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Meanwhile, soak the bread slices in beaten egg with milk. Doratele 2 minutes per side in the pan, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 3 minutes at 200 degrees. Distribute them on the trays of berries.
