Last night I I prepared this salad tasted a little 'time ago by a friend of ours. It 's a particular recipe and tasty!
Ingredients: 1 can of chickpeas
(you can also use fresh ones, but in the absence time I opted for them)
2 beetroots
1-2 teaspoons of mustard oil
salt
Cut beets into cubes and place in a serving dish, add the chickpeas and season with a sauce prepared mustard, oil and salt.
It 's easy and quick to prepare, but it's really delicious!
