Mystic Fire Topaz Engagement Ring

Earl Gray tea bread to puff


This summer in Cambridge, the market square near to King 's college, there was a stall selling lots of sweets: I needed something to bring home, long term and that they are not even in Italy, so I opted for a kind of plum cake called earl gray tea bread '. It remained for a week in my suitcase, and I do not say that I had the desire to taste a slice, but able to resist until I get back home!
the mom really liked, so I worked to try the recipe ... and sometimes the prepare for breakfast, because has a very particular taste and is very light !

Ingredients:
-300ml of you Earl Gray
-100g-100g candied orange
raisins
-100g candied cranberries (I found them in a shop to Ivrea, but you can do without)
-150g wholemeal flour 50g-
brown sugar -1 egg -1 teaspoon baking

Prepare tea Earl Gray in 300ml of water.
brew for a night with the orange peel and raisins
Beat the egg and sugar and add the flour. Finally
embed you with the candied fruit
Line a mold plum cake with parchment paper
Bake for 1 hour at 180 ° C.


The photos did not turn out very well, but there was the usual with a light mist Chivasso .... like shit!
