Last week I bought at the market a bunch of monk's beard to prepare a pie with a recipe for "salt and pepper. Unfortunately I have not had a chance, so I decided to take us a insaltina!
I had never eaten before, but the taste hit me much ...;)
Ingredients: A bunch of
beard Friar
2 anchovy fillets 1 clove garlic salt
oil
Lemon Peel
beard frate , wash, dry and cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze.
In a saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and a clove of garlic, add the anchovies. When ready to pour on the vegetables and season with lemon juice.
