Today for lunch I made a new recipe: salad burghul. and 'a fresh and tasty dish ideal for these hot days.
Serves 2: 180 g
burghul
tomatoes, olives
feta (I have not used .. I wanted a dish not too many calories)
oil salt
dill thyme mint
Prepare burghul as indicated on the package: boil in salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Combine the drained burghul tomatoes, olives and cheese delight. Finally, season with olive oil and spices!
