Homoeopathic Materia Medica

The first type PDS Sacher

What an incredible satisfaction ... I finally prepared a sponge! It was too long I was looking for an excuse to do it, yesterday afternoon all satisfied with my race I decided I had to celebrate my second place, so I dedicated myself to beat the eggs with some things I found in the blog, the result was rather satisfaction of being the first!

I used a 20 cm well-buttered baking pan (which has meant that the PDS comes off perfectly at the moment of impact).

Ingredients:

5 eggs 150 g sugar 150g flour

a pinch of salt

I beat the eggs, sugar and salt with electric whisk for about 25 minutes. I built the flour, stirring from top to bottom. I baked for about an hour in the preheated oven to 160 degrees.

did not know how to stuff it so do not use creams, I decided: type Sacher. I cut in half and I have stuffed with apricot jam. In Meanwhile I prepared the chocolate glaze: 2 tablespoons sugar dissolved in half a cup of cold water, then heated on the stove over low heat resulting in a sugar syrup, and I dissolved 150 grams of dark chocolate. I added little by little chocolate syrup to the mix in the same direction. I put the PDS on a grid and I made particular helping me with a spoon glaze. let it stand at room temperature, we ate a piece for breakfast this morning ... mmm what a great awakening! Maybe I should soak the PDS, but it was good.
